Com. Moinul Haque (56 year) expired on 04-03-2016.  The premature demise has snatched away an effective, Committed & Valiant leader from us. Com. Moinul Haque was the Circle Secretary of Postal P-4 Union NFPE, Assam Circle Member of JCTU Assam State Committee and Vice President of the all India P-4.
