Notice
regarding holding of 28th Biennial Circle Conference of ALL INDIA
POSTAL EMPLOYEES UNION Postmen and MTS, Odisha Circle under article 49(d) of
Union Constitution.
It is
hereby notified that the 28th circle biennial conference of ALL
INDIA POSTAL EMPLOYEES UNION POSTMEN AND MTS , Odisha Circle has been scheduled
to be held at JUBULEE MANDAP, Baripada on date 04 - 05/11/2016.
Following shall be the agenda:-
1)
Homage
to martyrs.
2)
Proceeding
of last biennial conference.
3)
Biennial
report for the period 04th August 2014 to 02nd November
2016
4)
Approval
of audited accounts For the period 1st August 2014 to 31st October
2016of the house.
5)
Review
of 2nd Sept 2015 and 2nd September 2016 one day srike, 11th
July 2016 indefinite strike of
NJCA and deferment of the srike.
6)
Construction
of Union building.
7)
Out
sourcing of delivery work of the department and impact on us and department.
8)
15th
June 2016 one day Dharana in front of circle office demanding local
charter of demand.
9)
Supply
of good quality Uniform to the staff, it was supplied in the year 2013.
10) Provision of incentive to overseer staff on RPL work, like ASP and IP.
11) Provision of mobile voucher to mail
overseer staff.
12) Fixing of line limit for conveyance of
cash through cash overseer which is pending at c o since long back.
13) Discussion and finalize of the agitation
programmers jointly and independently.
14) Payment of severance amount to the
promoted GDS staff pending at c o since long back.
15) Pending TA bills, PLI incentive, medical
bill of our staff since 2014.
16) Shifting of SPOs office Cuttack North
Division from Cuttack to Chandikhol.
17) 9.10. Nov. 2016 two days strike for
GDS and contingent worker issue. .
18) March to parliament on 15thn December
2016.
19) Study camp of P.IV or nfpe as whole of the circle.
20) Review of 20th Oct 2016

21) Organization issues division, circle, C.H.Q., NFPE and
other trade union.
22) Pheliciation to Com. Arjun Seth
President of the Circle Union.
23) Repairing and renovation of quarters.
24) Delivery work on Sunday and holiday.

26) Any other Items with the permission Of The Chair.
