Notice regarding holding of Circle Working Committee Meeting of All India Postal Employees Union Postmen and MTS Odisha circle as per Union Constitution article 48(b),51(a).

     It is hereby notified that the circle working committee meeting of All India postal Employees Union Postmen and MTS Odisha circle will be held at Recreation club room, Baripada, H P O on date 03/11/2016 at 10am sharp.

Following shall be the agenda:-

1)    Homage to Martyrs.

2)    Adoption of agenda/items for 28^th circle biennial conference.

3)    Adoption of biennial report of 28^th circle conference.

4)    Adaption of audited account of the union.

5)    Passing of resolutions if any.

6)    Any other items with the permission of the chair.
