Our Department is a big big department with rich History. Work is on increasing scale. Salary is not bad.Our Staff and Network are our strengths. Yes, we lost monoploy and facing competition from private players.Much Depends on effective policy formulation by Govt.Its a public service Dept not a commercial company so we are running under loss. For e.g Our Savings bank funds belongs to finance ministry not to us. Like this, we operate with lot of constraints.
