ORDER OF SUPREME COURT ON CIVIL APPEAL NO 2010 OF 2009 RELATING TO ENTITLED MONETARY BENEFITS EFFECTIVE FROM 01.01.1996 TO 10.10.1997
Madam,
            This has the reference to the subject matter and the copy of the judgment given on 07th May 2015 by the  Hon’ble Supreme  Court  has  since  been  received by  your  office  and this   CHQ.  However, photocopy of the judgment was also sent to your office vide this CHQ letter of even number dated 29th June 2015 for ready reference and  requested issue of necessary orders for implementation of the Orders. . In this connection this CHQ letter of even number dated 01st June 2015 followed by reminder dated 11th June 2015 and 28th August 2015 requesting early issue of orders for implementation of the decision may please be referred to.  It is regretted to inform that nothing has been heard from your office regarding issue of orders for implementation of the subject matter despite regular correspondence and reminders thereto.

            Finding no reply from your office regarding issue of orders for implementation of the subject matter. The undersigned is compelled to write to your kind honour by name for intervening the matter for issue of an early order for implementation the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
            It is worthwhile to mention that all the affected officials are pressing hard for early action in this regard since the matter was decided after long struggle about two decade.In case no action is taken, we would be compelled to file suit for contempt of court orders.

            We  would urge upon you to intervene personally and get the needful done at the earliest since  the affected   officials, who have been waiting Honourable Supreme Court Orders since long back are looking forward for fvourable orders for early implementation of the judgment 

            A line of reply for the action being taken in this regard will be highly appreciated.
