Country wide one day Hunger Fast program launched by the All India GDS JCA and carried out by the Odisha GDS JCA before CPMG office, BBSR today on 04.10.2018.Attending the GDS JCA 's one day Hunger Fast program on 16 point charter of demands as per call of All India GDS JCA, in front of the CPMG office, BBSR today on 04.10.2018 as General Secretary of CCGE&W CoC, Odisha Circle Branch and inaugurated it. Amongst other dignitaries Com Janardan Pati, Vice president CITU, Odisha, Com Dusmanta Das, Jt Convenor, OSKEM, Com Bruhaspati Samal, Chairman NFPE CoC, Odisha Circle Branch cum Circle Secretary P-3/Leader, RJCM (staff side), Com Ananda Pattanaik, former C. S, P-4(FNPO), Sri Manoranjan Sarangi, C. S, P-3 (FNPO), Com Bishnu Das, Dvl secretary P-3, Cuttack city Dn, Com Dipti Ranjan Mohanty, Dvl Secy P-3 BBSR Dn attended and addressed. All the Dvl unions attended with their rank and file Comrades. The Circle Secretary of AIPEU- GDS Com Nirmal Singh, C S of NUGDS com Goutam Dash, and C S of AIGDSU Com Kalpataru Pattanaik were greeted and addressed. The Circle Presidents of the respective GDS unions presided over the programme. Com Parsuram Dash, Convenor of the JCA on behalf of the presidium conducted the day long hunger fast program. Amongst others Com Rabindra Pattanaik, Circle Secretary of R-3(FNPO) also attended and addressed . More than 500 GDS Comrades attended today's program. It is unanimously decided to go on an indefinite strike in future after the next phase program before Dak Bhawan, New Delhi, and if the Government will not conceed the demands during this period, for which the government will be held responsible. The demands of the GDS are genuine and should be resolved without any dilly - dalling methods. Long live GDS Unity-Long live.
