 Sub :       Direct Recruitment examination for MTS for the year 2013 & 2014 to be held on25.01.2015.

                As intimated vide C.O. letter No.RE/30-22/2013/ch-II dated 19.01.15, the direct recruitment examination for MTS for the year 2013 & 2014 is scheduled to be held on 25.01.2015 from 10.00AM to 12.00 Noon. The examination will be held in different centers and two officers/officials will act as observer in each center as nominated by Circle Office in the list enclosed herewith. The Asst. Director (RE), Circle Office will act as Liasion Officer for the venues at Sl. No.1 to 14 and the undersigned will act as Liasion Officer for the venues at Sl. No.15 to 30 of the enclosed list. The observers are required to submit their report in prescribed proforma (Annexure-I) to the Liasion Officer concerned at their headquarter office soon after the examination is over. The role and responsibility of the observers is noted in the enclosed proforma for information, guidance and necessary action.

                All are requested to make necessary arrangement for relief of the nominated observers and to attend the examination duty in time as per the instructions strictly.

9	Whether   the  examination material  like,  OMR  answer  scripts,    and unused material  dispatched  immediately  after   completion  of  examination  or  retained  in  the custody  of  venue  in  charge.
