The State level 72 hours Maha Dharna Programme by the Joint Forum of Central Trade Unions (except BMS), Joint Kishan Morchas and Independent Federations commences in Lower PMG area, Bhubaneswar at 11 AM on 26th November, 2023.

On behalf of Confederation of Central Govt. Employees and Workers, Odisha State CoC, Com. B. Samal, General Secretary , State CoC addressed the 72 hours Maha Dharna Programme organized by the Joint Forum of Central Trade Unions (except BMS), Joint Kishan Morchas and all Independent Federations i.e. State, Central, Bank and Insurance etc. commencing in Lower PMG area, Bhubaneswar at 11 AM on 26th November, 2023. Com. R N Dhal, our beloved State President was included in the presidium.
During his 5 minutes speech, he suggested for adoption of resolution for restoration of recognition to NFPE / AIPEU, Gr-C, restoration of OPS, guaranteed minimum pension both to the workers of organized and unorganised sectors, fixation of minimum wage on the basis of the norms of ILC, Dr. Akroyed Formula and recommendations of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in this regard.
