* ଯେତେବେଳେ ବି ଟେଲିକମ୍ ନୀତି ଅଣାଯାଇଥିଲା ଯାହା ଟେଲିକମ୍ ବିଭାଗକୁ ଦୁର୍ବଳ କରିଦେଇଥିଲା, ବିଏସ୍ଏନ୍ଏଲ୍ ଗଠନ ସମୟରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ପୂର୍ବ ସରକାର କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ସେପରି ବିପଦ ନାହିଁ ଏବଂ ତା’ପରେ ସମସ୍ତ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସେବା VRS ଦିଆଯିବା ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଘରକୁ ପଠାଇ ଦିଆଯାଇଥିଲା *

 ଆଜିର ସମୟ ହେଉଛି ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ଅଧିକାର ପାଇଁ ଲଢିବା। ନୂତନ ପେନ୍ସନ୍ ନୀତି ବିରୋଧରେ ଆଜି ଏକଜୁଟ ହେବାର ସମୟ ଆସିଛି। ସରକାରୀ କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନେ ଶୋଇ ନାହାଁନ୍ତି ବୋଲି ଆଜି ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ଦେଖାଇବାର ସମୟ ଆସିଛି। ମୁଁ, ୟୁନିୟନର ସର୍କଲ ସେକ୍ରେଟାରୀ ଏମ ସି ଏସ ରାଓ , ଆପଣ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ଅନୁରୋଧ କରୁଛି ଯେ ଗୋଟିଏ ଦିନର ଦରମା ପାଇଁ ଆପଣଙ୍କର ସଂଲଗ୍ନକ ଛାଡନ୍ତୁ। ଯଦି ସରକାରୀ ଚାକିରି ଅଛି, ତେବେ ଦରମା ଉପଲବ୍ଧ ରହିବ।  ଆସନ୍ତାକାଲି, ଯଦି ଆମେ ବେସରକାରୀ କମ୍ପାନୀମାନଙ୍କ ହାତକୁ ଯାଅ, ତେବେ ଆଜି ଭଳି ଚାକିରି ହେବ ନାହିଁ, କିମ୍ବା ଆଜି ଭଳି ସମ୍ମାନ, କିମ୍ବା ଆଜି ପରି ଦରମା ନାହିଁ। ମୁଁ  ସମସ୍ତ ଡାକକର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କୁ ଅନୁରୋଧ କରୁଛି ଆସନ୍ତାକାଲିର ଧର୍ମଘଟକୁ ଏହି ଡାକ ବିଭାଗର ଐତିହାସିକ ଧର୍ମଘଟ କର ଏବଂ ସଂଘର ସଂଗ୍ରାମକୁ ସଫଳ କର, କାରଣ ସଂଗ୍ରାମ ସେହିମାନଙ୍କର ଅଟେ। ଯେଉଁ ମାନେ ଲଡେଇି  କରନ୍ତି।
