ODISHA STATE LEVEL TU STUDY CAMP!
A State level TU Study Camp of Odisha Circle was organized by P4 Circle Union at Brahmapur Odisha on 28-29 May, 2022. The Study camp was anchored by General Secretary P4 Comrade D. B. Mananty. After the welcome address by comrade P.C.Choudhury (Convenor COC Brahmapur), Comrade Janardhan Pati President CITU Odisha took the first class on "National situation and Role of Working Class".
Many leaders including Comrades R. N. Parashar (SG Confederation); K.Ragavendran (GS AIPRPA); R. N. Dhal (State GS AIPRPA Odisha); Bruhaspati Samal (CS P3 Odisha) were present and they were earmarked to take classes on selected topics. A Women Convention in which comrade Puspa Das State Women Sub Committee of CITU was to take a class also organized in between the TU Camp.

The two days State Level Trade Union Study Camp conducted by the NFPE unions in Berhampur Postal Division since 28.05.2022 at Biju Patnaik Sanskrutika Bhawan, Hillpatna, Berhampur was successfully concluded on 29.05.2022. Several classes to educate and aware the grass root level members were taken by the all India leaders. Com. Janardan Pati, President CITU, Odisha, Com. Ram Niwas Parashar, Secretary General Confederation of Central Government Employees and Workers, Com. K Ragavendran, General Secretary, All India Postal and RMS Pensioners Association, Com. Bruhaspati Samal, Chairman, National Federation of Postal Employees, Odisha State CoC, Com. Rabindranath Dhal, State General Secretary, AIPRPA, Com. Sushil Giri, Ex-President, All Odisha Bank Employees Federation and Com. Puspa Das, Convenor, State CITU Women's Sub Committee took classes on different burning issues viz; National Scenario and role of the working class, Problems of Central Govt. Employees and role of Confederation and NFPE, Postal Trade Union History and its impact on present employees, Future of India Post- Challeges and Opportunities, Disciplinary Rules and role of defence assistant, Service rules and role of Divisional Secretaries, NPS versus OPS and Problems of women employees.
As many as 200 staff representatives from all the 22 Postal Divisions and 3 RMS Divisions of Odisha Postal Circle had attended the Study Camp.
A mass rally was arranged from Sahid Laxman Nayak Bhawan to the camp.venue in the morning on 29.05.2022 to mount pressure on the Government and Department of Posts for early redressal of long pending genuine demands of the postal employees.
In the concluding session of the Study Camp all the leaders were felicitated by the Reception Committe chaired by Com. Sibananda Das, Divisional Secretary, P-III, Berhampur and assisted by Com. M C S Rao, Secretary Reception Committee,Circle Secretary P-IV, Odisha.
The full sessions on both the days were presided by Com. Debabrata Mohanty, General Secretary, P-IV CHQ and Dy. Secretary General, NFPE CHQ. In his presidential speech, Com. Mohanty appealed all the participating members to utilize the knowledge gained in this two days study camp for the development of the nation and society in addition to exploiting their education, experience and efficiency to save the 168 years old postal department whichnis sedving the nation heart and soul.💐💐💐 Exploring & Educating Odisha 💐💐 Inquilab Zindabad 💐💐💐
